
LTCOL John Jobst
Biography
Jobst, from Pontiac, IL, went to D-Day at Ste. Mere-Englise, France by glider with the 2nd Battalion, 327th Glider Infantry, 101st Airborne Division. He was an infantry officer during the Korean and Vietnam wars. Jobst retired from the Army while serving with the 2nd Battle Group, 28th Infantry Regiment, 8th Infantry Division.
