MMC Robert E. "Bob" Klomparens (Coast Guard)
Biography
Bob, from Chenoa, IL, served in the Coast Guard and was at Pearl Harbor until October of 1941. He served on a sub hunter in the North Atlantic and Iceland area. He was involved in a rescue mission in 1942 and was in the area on D-Day.
