MSGT Vickie R. West
Biography
MSGT West, from Bossier City, LA, served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. She served as Field First Sergeant while in Heidelberg, Germany, and was a Drill Sergeant at Ft. Jackson, SC from 1972 to 1975. In MSGT West's own words "To serve one's country is the greatest honor that one can have."
